Life is full of good choices. Charlotte and I are enjoying this stage of life so much and especially our children and grandchildren. At the same time, we have, especially the past few years since selling our business, felt a great appreciation for the blessings we have been given and knew it would be a great experience to to serve a mission and perhaps in some small way be able to share some of the blessing we have received. After deciding that no time would be ideal for this project and reconciling ourselves to the fact that probably everyone could get along without us for a while, we talked with Bishop Kirk sometime before Christmas 2007 and began processing the paperwork.
To those who read this: You may have to be a little patient with us for a while. We are still learning how to work this site so if things seem a little out of whack — sooner or later we will become expert.
